Meyn BC40 Breast Filleter

The Meyn BC40 Breast Filleter is a high-capacity, automated breast deboning machine designed to deliver precision cuts and maximum yield in poultry processing lines. Engineered for efficiency, it processes up to 4,000 breast caps per hour, producing high-quality butterfly or single fillets with minimal manual labour.

Ideal for use in medium to large-scale poultry processing plants. It handles pre-cut front halves or breast caps from broilers and is adjustable for different bird sizes. Operators load the caps manually, after which the machine performs all major deboning actions automatically. The result is clean, consistent breast fillets suitable for retail, food service, or further processing.
